Can you import from the software I use now?
Yes, concierge-style. Send us an export from your current system (CSV or whatever it produces) and we load your members, belts, and history for you as part of onboarding. You do not have to map columns or fight an import wizard.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your roster, your records, your results. You can request a full export at any time, and if you cancel we hand you your data and delete it on request.
What if I want to cancel?
It is month-to-month, so cancel whenever you want and you will not be billed again. Manage your card, invoices, and cancellation yourself in the billing portal. New subscriptions also carry a 14-day money-back guarantee: if it is not for you, say so and we refund the first payment.
How do my coaches and members log in?
At your academy's own address: yourgym.slapandbump.com. Every academy gets its own subdomain, and staff sign in there. If you forget yours, use the sign-in page and we will get you to the right place.
